Can I collect payment today?
Not yet. Payment collection is intentionally gated while Vektix completes standalone processor verification, reconciliation, and controlled-pilot evidence.
Can clients reschedule themselves?
Clients can use a secure booking link to request a cancellation or reschedule. The provider reviews the request; Vektix does not automatically change a booking.
Does Vektix work only for coaches?
No. Coaching is an initial wedge, but the shared system is designed for appointment-based professionals such as trainers, barbers, beauty providers, tutors, consultants, and local service teams.
